posted on February 20, 2014

At The Atlantic, Garrett Epps offers his analysis of the upcoming Supreme Court cases challenging the contraception mandate. He writes, “I have spent a significant part of my career studying questions of religious freedom and I’m sympathetic toward those wrestling with the conflict between conscience and the law. It cannot reasonably be read to allow businesses to bluff their way out of commercial regulation.”
