Ron Kampeas of The Forward reports that former President Donald Trump lambasted the American Jewish community on his own social media network over the weekend, complaining that they do not support him enough. He wrote, “U.S. Jews have to get their act together and appreciate what they have in Israel — before it is too late!” The post comes after the Zionist Organization of America announced that it would give Trump one of its most prestigious awards for his work with Israel. Jonathan Greenblatt, the CEO of the Anti-Defamation League, said on Twitter, “We don’t need the former president, who curries favor with extremists and antisemites, to lecture us about the US-Israel relationship.”
