The Supreme Court Hands a Win to the Pro-Life Movement

The Atlantic’s Emma Green writes,”The Supreme Court handed a big win to the pro-life movement on Tuesday.”  The case of NIFLA v. Becerra strikes down the California FACT Act, which mandated that crisis pregnancy centers post information about available abortion services. In examining the court’s decision and dissent, Green writes, “These radically different readings of the case suggest that the Court is still wrestling with how it thinks about abortion: as a medical procedure, an act with heavy moral consequences, or both.”
