Supreme Court Poised to Tilt Further to the Right

Some potential cases the conservative majority court could hear include challenges to the Affordable Care Act, affirmative action and abortion. “You could not have less deference to a legislative institution,” says appellate lawyer David Salmons. “This is a court that’s very comfortable in exercising their power.”
