The Washington Post’s David A. Fahrenthold reports that Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal’s rise to prominence has come to an apparent halt as Jindal unofficially campaigns for the 2016 presidential nomination. “For the first time in a life of wild successes, Jindal looks lost,” Fahrenthold writes. “He has applied his trademark work ethic to the task of becoming a better politician, but he has instead wound up looking as if he’s trying to be every politician at once. A hawk. A wonk. A tea party rebel. A Christian revivalist. A first-generation American. A Bubba.”
