Religion Without God

posted on April 15, 2013

The New York Review of Books publishes an excerpt of the late Ronald Dworkin’s new book, Religion Without God. Removing the political aspect of religion, Dworkin explores the foundations of spiritual experiences, dismissing the notion that “religious atheism” is an oxymoron. Dworkin writes, “What divides godly and godless religion—the science of godly religion—is not as important as the faith in value that unites them.”
