Pope Francis Simplifies Catholic Annulment Rules

Francis X. Rocca of The Wall Street Journal writes, “Pope Francis has made it quicker and simpler for married Catholics to obtain annulments, including a new fast-track option.” These new rules announced by the Vatican on Tuesday represent a “more conciliatory approach to family issues.”
