Judge Strikes Down Tex. Same-Sex Marriage Ban, Paving the Way for Shift in Conservative State

posted on February 27, 2014

The Washington Post reports on a Texas federal judge’s ruling that declared the state ban on same-sex marriage unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge Orlando L.
