Another Big Supreme Court Term Starts Monday

After his unexpected support for President Obama’s health care law, Chief Justice John Roberts will be watched closely for more surprising decisions. Still, Sherman predicts, “this term’s big cases seem likely to have Roberts in his more accustomed role of voting with his fellow conservatives.”
