posted on April 2, 2013Emily Belz of WORLD Magazine reports, “Hobby Lobby’s lawsuit against the healthcare insurance contraceptive mandate will move forward again after the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed to give the case a hearing before the full court.” After Hobby Lobby was declined emergency intervention by the Supreme Court, their only other option was a full review from the circuit court. Hobby Lobby is an evangelical Christian-owned for-profit company, whose owners refuse to cover Plan B or Ella contraception in their insurance plans, as dictated by the Obama administration’s HHS Mandate, due to their religious beliefs.
