Southern Baptists Pray for “Favorable” Hobby Lobby Ruling
Adelle M. Banks of Religion News Service reports on prayers offered for a “favorable” ruling in the Hobby Lobby case at the Southern Baptist Convention’s annual meeting on Wednesday. The denomination presented the owners of Hobby Lobby with an award and Ronnie Floyd, the incoming president of the SBC, said, “God, we ask for a favorable, favorable ruling by the Supreme Court of the United States for the cause of religious liberty.”
