The African Redeemed Church of God Preaches the Gospel in U.S.

Jason Margolis of BBC News writes about the growth of a Pentecostal church movement, originating in Nigeria, in the United States. He begins, “For centuries, European and American missionaries have gone to Africa to spread the word of Christ. That trend is now working in reverse, with a Nigerian minister in Texas who plans to build churches as numerous as Starbucks coffee shops.” Redeemed Churches in North America have almost doubled in the past four years, with 15,000 members in the U.S. alone.
