Russian Jews Remember Israeli Athletes Murdered at 1972 Munich Olympic Games

Kathy Lally reports that Russian Jews gathered Sunday to pray and remember the 11 Israeli athletes killed by Palestinian terrorists at the 1972 Munich Olympics. Around 200 people gathered in Sochi, including Israeli officials and Olympians, with embassy officials from Moscow present as well. “If once Jews were afraid to show their Jewishness,” said Berel Lazar, the chief rabbi of Russia, “today they are proud.”
