Mass. Bar Examiners To Review Religious Wear Rules

The Boston Globe’s Lisa Wangsness reports that the Massachusetts Bar may review its policies on religious wear after a student received a note during the exam asking her to remove her hijab despite receiving prior approval. “It shouldn’t have happened, and we won’t let it happen again,” said Marilyn Wellington, executive director of the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners.
