Judge Denies Obama Administration’s Bid to Stay “Morning-After” Pill Ruling

Anugrah Kumar of The Christian Post reports the federal Judge Edward Korman’s decision to deny the Obama administration’s request to halt the order that made the Plan B emergency contraceptive pill more widely available. The order gives women ages 15 and up the right to buy the emergency contraceptive pill without a doctor’s prescription. Of the request, Korman wrote in his 17-page opinion, “In my view the defendant’s appeal is frivolous and taken for the purposes of delay.”
