State Reviewing Whether Proposed $645K award to Princeton Theological Seminary is Illegal

Kelly Heyboer and Jarrett Renshaw of The Star-Ledger report on a hearing in Trenton over the legality of awarding public funding to religious institutions for construction projects. The two religious institutions in question are the Orthodox Jewish rabbinical school, Beth Medrash Govoha, and Princeton Theological Seminary, which are set to receive $10.6 million and $645,313 respectively.
