Significant Changes to LDS Scripture Reflect Shifting Church Views on Racist History

Joanna Brooks of Religion Dispatches writes on the significant editorial changes made to the recently released digital edition of Mormon scripture. The changes suggest the “shifting official view on issues like polygamy, the Church’s history of racism, and the historicity of LDS scripture,” Brooks writes. These four books of LDS have not undergone such drastic change since 1981.
