Los Angeles Archdiocese is Accused of Failing to Release All Abuse Records

Laurie Goodstein and Jennifer Medina of The New York Times report that the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles allegedly released incomplete records on priests accused of sexually abusing children. “They have removed things that should not have been removed, some of which we have seen before, so we know that they exist,” says Jeff Anderson, who is among the lawyers representing the victims. “It’s more deception, deceit and secrecy.”
