Editor of Web Site May Face Mormon Excommunication
Laurie Goodstein reports for The New York Times that David Twede, the managing editor of the popular website, mormonthink.com, where “active and former Mormons debate church teaching,” may face excommunication from the LDS Church. Mr. Twede said that local Mormon officials in Florida described him as “a spy and a wolf in sheep’s clothing … [the Mormon officials] said that they need to protect the flock from the Antichrist, from an apostate.”
