Anti-Muslim Views Rise Across Europe

At The Washington Post, Adam Taylor writes that anti-Muslim sentiment has grown in Europe over the past year, according to a new Pew Research Center poll. At least 50 percent of those polled in five of the ten countries surveyed had an unfavorable view of Muslims. Taylor writes, “A wave of migrants and refugees from Muslim-majority nations have inflamed the debate about immigration on the continent, fueling the rise of far-right parties and probably contributing to Britain’s decision to leave the European Union.”
