Billy Graham is Probably Not the Author of His Own “Final Chapter”

At Religion Dispatches, Elesha Coffman questions the authorship of Billy Graham’s most recent book, Where I Am: Heaven, Eternity, and Our Life Beyond. The aging evangelist’s health problems would make it very difficult to write the volume, Coffman argues, and its contents do not reflect Graham’s theology on hell. Coffman writes, “Billy Graham is the sole author listed for this book. His son Franklin’s name appears on a three-page foreword, and, perhaps more tellingly, Franklin is listed as the copyright holder.”
