Denmark Attacks: Two Men Charged in Copenhagen

The BBC reports, “Danish police have accused two men of aiding the gunman who killed two people in the weekend attacks in Copenhagen.” Police shot Danish-born Omar el-Hussein, the suspected perpetrator of the dual assault on a synagogue and a debate on free speech. The two newly accused, who remain unnamed, are being charged with assisting el-Hussein and providing and disposing of his weapon. Though el-Hussein had links to a criminal gang, police report no evidence that he was part of a terrorist cell.
