Israel To Remove Disputed Footbridge In Jerusalem
The Associated Press’s David Enav reports that Israel has agreed to dismantle a controversial footbridge between the Western Wall and the Temple Mount. The removal of the bridge came at the request of Jordan, who has custodial rights of holy Muslim places in Jerusalem. The Temple Mount is the holiest site in Judaism and third holiest in Islam.
