More Than A Hobby
At The American Prospect, Sarah Posner takes a look at Hobby Lobby and their fight against the contraception mandate that is part of the Affordable Care Act. The case is expected to reach the Supreme Court; the Tenth Circuit recently ruled in favor of the arts and crafts chain. Posner writes, “The court found that corporations have the standing to sue under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), and have free-exercise rights under the First Amendment.”
