Clinton Urges Nation to Give Trump the “Chance to Lead”

The Mercury News’ Patrick May reports on Hillary Clinton’s moving speech this morning, after a stunning loss in the presidential election. Clinton began the speech by expressing disappointment and apologizing to her supporters, but she underscored the idea that Americans should not stop fighting for what is right. She ended the speech with a portion of Scripture from Galations 6:9: “Have faith in each other; let us not grow weary, let us not lose heart. For there are more seasons to come and there is more work to do.”
