The New Yorker’s Nicholas Schmidle reports on Glenn Beck’s change of heart about the Obamas, whom he used to berate on Fox News. After he listened to a recent speech from Michelle Obama, where she called Trump’s treatment of women “disgraceful,” Beck said it was “the most effective political speech I have heard since Ronald Reagan.” The conservative talk show host also says he now supports Black Lives Matter. “‘I did a lot of freaking out about Barack Obama.’ But, he said, ‘Obama made me a better man.'”
