Supreme Court May Be Converting on Religion

At USA Today, Richard Wolf writes, “The Supreme Court’s defense of religious freedom may be on the decline.” Since ruling in favor of Hobby Lobby in 2014, the court has rejected abortion restrictions, ruled against religious non-profits, and voted against reviewing the case of a pharmacy owned by a religious family. Justice Samuel Alito said, “If this is a sign of how religious liberty claims will be treated in the years ahead, those who value religious freedom have cause for great concern.”
