Hillary Clinton Taps Sarah Bard as Jewish Outreach Director
Haaretz reports that Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton has appointed Sarah Bard as her Jewish outreach director. Bard, who led President Barack Obama’s Jewish Leadership Council during his reelection campaign, has spent time in Israel as well as holding both religious and leadership roles in Washington. “Since the beginning of the campaign, Hillary for America staff have cultivated and maintained strong connections with the full range of Jewish organizations and Jewish supporters,” the campaign said in a statement.
